Anthony graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1997. Anthony focuses on manual therapy, explaining pain concepts, brain remapping, therapeutic exercise, and human performance. Anthony wants to help our area return to exercise for their health and to reduce stress. He started the clinic to assist people in every way possible with no limits. Anthony wants patients to know that exercise can be a relaxing social thing that can help with stress. He also wants people to learn at Enchantment PT; they’re getting a first-class experience from start to end to know proper health care from beginning to end so that patients will know genuine health care.

Patricia Arviso

Owner / Marketing

Patricia is the owner of Enchantment Physical Therapy, a Massage Therapist with a background in Business and Accounting. She is originally from Naschitti, New Mexico, and her clans are Kinyaa’aanii (Towering House People), born for the Dzil t l’ahnii (Mountain Cove), her maternal grandfather is Tsenabahil nii (Sleep Rock People), and her paternal grandfather is ‘Ashiihi (Salt People), this is her Navajo lineage. She is born and raised in Gallup and organic to the area as well as the Navajo Nation. She enjoys horseback riding, ranching, cooking, and volunteering.

Patricia believes that Enchantment Physical Therapy strives to deliver the best possible individualized patient experience with the highest quality of physical therapy treatment and care in the Gallup, Navajo Nation, Zuni, and surrounding area. Our new clinic in Rio Rancho gives us an excellent opportunity to work and care for our Pueblo relatives and surrounding communities. We are committed to your well-being and treating you to overcome conditions that may be holding you back. Patricia and Anthony have been in business for 15 years and continue to thrive.

Patricia believes her staff is well experienced, caring, and organic to New Mexico. We serve our communities by volunteering, mentoring high school students, internships for our college students, and give back.

Isiah Yazzie

Business Manager

Isiah is taking on the lead at Enchantment Physical Therapy as our Business Manager for both locations in Gallup and Rio Rancho, NM.  Son of Patricia and Anthony Arviso (owners). He is also a part-time comedian and started his first company (Isiah Yazzie Comedy and Rez City Improv) with many stage performances. Also, a fan of New Mexico United soccer and with two years in a college soccer uniform with Trinity Christian College. On his down time he enjoys a round of golf.

Greg Kirk

Physical Therapist

B.S. in Biology – University of New Mexico

B.S. in Physical Therapy – University of New Mexico

Greg’s professional interests include Manual Therapy, Athletic Performance, Nutrition counseling with a holistic approach. On his off time, Greg is involved with off-roading recreation/racing, mountain biking, hiking, and hunting. Greg has donated his time volunteering in his community of Gallup, NM.



Jerdy is a Physical Therapy Assistant here at Enchantment PT. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Ago Medical and Educational Center in Legaspi City, Philippines. He also works with Gallup McKinley County Schools. He enjoys bowling, tennis, and bike riding.

Ricardo Maldanado


Ricardo Maldonado is licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant here at Enchantment Physical Therapy. In 1982, he graduated from Central University of Quito, Ecuador, with his Bachelors in Physical Therapy. Throughout his career, he  as worked with the community, hospitals, schools, and clinics.

Bobby Martinez


Bobby Martinez graduated from PIMA Medical Institute in 2017. He is interested in improving patients health and the wellness of progressing others and would like to provide optimum care to Gallup and the surrounding areas.

Alexandra Gillson


Alexandra grew up in Gallup, NM, and graduated from Gallup High School in 2010. She received her B.A. (undergraduate degree) in Exercise Science from Fort Lewis College in Colorado in 2016. She joined Enchantment Physical Therapy in 2017 as an Aide. Since then, Alexandra received her associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from San Juan College in 2020. Her experience thus far has allowed her to grow professionally and give back to the community. “Our patients are wonderful, and it is rewarding to watch them heal and get back to the life they love,” she says. Alexandra enjoys being active and spending time with family.”

Airec Lee

Personal Trainer/ PT Tech

Airec is our certified personal trainer here at Enchantment Physical Therapy. He is certified under the American Council on Exercise. He is currently attending San Juan College working towards a PTA degree. Airec’s focus involves taking athletes through our Speed Protocol, which ranges from resistance training, nutrition coaching, and proper running mechanics. He believes in educating athletes, giving them an overall understanding of how to optimally meet their goals. Inspiring our youth to continue training hard the right way, and inspiring others along the way.

Mikayla Woody

PT Tech

Mikayla is a graduate of Miyamura High School furthering her education at the University of New Mexico-Gallup. She hopes to get into the Physical Therapy degree program at the University of New Mexico. She enjoys working in a vibrant clinic while helping patients meet their goals and become pain-free.

Ernestine Armstrong

PT Tech

Ernestine is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a degree in Kinesiology and plans to further her education in Physical Therapy. She loves helping patients obtain improved health, strength, and also post-surgical rehabilitation. Her hobbies include traveling, horseback riding, live concerts, and hiking.



Brent graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2006 and is a father to two children. He has worked with Enchantment PT since 2007. Currently, he assists patients and also with insurance/claim questions.

Tony Apodaca

Office Assistant

Tony Apodaca is the Office Assistant at Enchantment PT. He was born and raised in Gallup, NM, and married for 40+ years to Joann Apodaca. A father to three children, Tony JR., Janda, and Jackie. Proud grandfather to two granddaughters and one grandson. He is a former employee of the postal service for 39 years as a letter carrier. He is a New Mexico Lobos and Los Angeles Rams fan. “I am pleased with the services that Enchantment PT provides”.

Cori Gordon

Patient Care Coordinator

Cori is currently a student at the University of New Mexico aiming to get her Bachelors in Exercise Science. She is working towards branching out into the Physical Therapy degree program to help Native Americans with sports and everyday living.
